Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought before a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.

You and Las Vegas Stairs & Trim, LLC consent to the jurisdiction of those courts to the extent legally permitted.
